Having lived in 9 countries, her expertise is in cultural agility, inclusive leadership, and inclusive language and she turns into a competitive advantage for individuals and teams. Veronica uses her personal stories as a leader and a triathlete, business cases, and real-life scenarios to inspire action and advocacy at individual and organizational levels. Veronica is a published author of 3 books, including the bestseller, The Lemon Tree Mindset. Through her advocacy on LinkedIn, she has built a name in the DEI space in Asia and was nominated for the Diversity Lead of the Year 2023 award by Women in IT Asia.
