Biography

Camille Cheng is a three-time Olympic swimmer, mental health advocate, and speaker from Hong Kong, known for her expertise in performance psychology and youth wellness. With a degree in Psychology from UC Berkeley and a Master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from CUHK, Camille blends elite athletic experience with deep psychological insight. She has represented Hong Kong at the Rio 2016, Tokyo 2020, and Paris 2024 Olympics, and is a multi-medalist at the Asian Games and World Cup events in freestyle swimming. Beyond the pool, Camille co-founded Mind the Waves, a youth mental health nonprofit, and was named an IOC Mental Health Ambassador for Asia. As a speaker, she empowers students, athletes, and professionals to cultivate mental resilience, manage pressure, and thrive holistically. Camille’s unique journey—balancing Olympic excellence with advocacy—positions her as a respected voice on mental wellness, identity, and sustainable high performance.
