He was instrumental in strategizing and executing Fortune 500 and start-up human capital strategy in a diverse cultural setting of Asia Pacific. Ivan has worked with the Malaysian government in helping government funded start-ups to build a successful team through cultural formation, psychometric assessment, and coaching.
